RICHI Machinery was founded in 1995. It is an original equipment manufacturer for feed pellets and biomass pellets. The team has over 200 people, and nearly one-third are R&D staff. Their average industry experience is more than eight years.

A complete pellet production line usually covers five sections: raw material receiving and cleaning, grinding, batching and mixing, pelleting and cooling, and sieving and packaging.

First, you can purchase the core pelleting equipment for trial operation. Then, after production begins, gradually add modules such as grinding, cooling, screening, and packaging as actual needs grow. What’s more, we reserved expansion interfaces during line design to avoid duplicate investment.

This line features a PLC control system and real-time monitoring. Its modular design also supports quick changeovers. Plus, stainless steel materials ensure feed hygiene.

Anti-bridging variable-frequency feeding and forced feeding technology. The alloy steel ring die lasts 3 to 5 times longer. Meanwhile, the system runs stably under extreme working conditions.

Dual-shaft differential conditioning improves water stability. Vacuum post-coating locks in nutrients. The line handles both sinking and floating feed production.

Poultry and Livestock Feed Pellet Line
Located in the US, this large alfalfa pellet plant produces feed pellets for poultry, pigs, sheep, cattle, and other livestock. The entire line uses a fully automatic processing system. The workshop needs only 3 to 4 workers. Installation and delivery were completed in 40 days.

Floating Fish Feed Line
A Nigerian customer uses this small floating fish feed line to produce feed for tilapia, catfish, and similar species. It is easy to operate and has a low investment threshold. It suits small-scale startups or line expansion.

Wood Pellet Line
This line uses virgin wood chips as raw material. It produces premium ENplus A1 biomass fuel for local power generation and residential heating in Germany. The line is now officially in operation.

Are you a real manufacturer or a trading company?
We are an original manufacturer. We own a factory of over 60,000 square meters in Henan Province, China. From steel cutting to final assembly, everything is done in our own workshop. You are welcome to visit our factory anytime to see the equipment and lines being produced with your own eyes.
Can I test your equipment with my raw material before placing an order?
Of course. Send us a sample of your raw material. We will run a trial on our equipment and record a video of the whole process. You will see the operating parameters and the actual quality of the finished pellets.
What is the energy consumption of your equipment? Do you have comparison data?
Energy consumption varies greatly depending on raw material type, moisture content, and capacity configuration. During the design phase, we will provide a theoretical energy consumption estimate based on your specific material and output requirements. This includes key metrics such as electricity per ton of pellet and fuel consumption.
At the same time, we can share actual consumption data from delivered projects with similar raw materials and capacities, subject to customer approval.
If you have a clear target for raw material and output, let us know. We will first run an energy simulation path so you know the operating cost before you invest.
How is installation and commissioning handled after the equipment arrives in my country?
RICHI has a professional engineering team that can go overseas to install and commission the equipment. At the same time, we will train your operators on site until they can run the line independently. The handover is complete only after both parties sign the acceptance report.
How do you handle after-sales issues? How fast is your response?
We assign a dedicated after-sales engineer within 15 minutes. We provide a fault diagnosis report within 24 hours. And our engineer arrives at your site within 48 hours (applicable for locations with international flights; remote areas will be assessed separately).
Offer a 12-month warranty. After the warranty, we continue to provide lifetime technical support, charging only the cost of spare parts for repairs.
If I want to expand capacity or switch product types in the future, can the equipment be upgraded?
Yes. We reserve expansion interfaces during the initial planning. The common modules in the front sections – such as grinding, conveying, and packaging – can continue to be used. You only need to upgrade or adjust the core pelleting section to meet new production needs.
