The pelletizing system consists of three primary components: a variable-frequency screw feeder, a conditioner, and the pellet mill itself. Unlike most other manufacturers, we exclusively utilize 304 stainless steel materials throughout the construction process; furthermore, we employ an embossing technique that not only ensures the robust quality of the machinery but also endows the product with a distinct aesthetic appeal.
Notably, our heat exchanger features detachable blades mounted on the main shaft for easy replacement. These blades utilize forged frames with an angled design to facilitate material movement. In contrast, most other manufacturers on the market use cast frames, which offer significantly lower wear resistance and strength compared to forged frames.

Feeding System

This motor works in conjunction with a reducer to drive a stainless steel screw auger. By combining a variable-pitch structure with a wide-mouth inlet design, the system not only effectively prevents material jamming and clogging but also ensures the hygiene and cleanliness of the material, while facilitating convenient cleaning of the feeder.
Modulation System
Our conditioner has undergone a specialized enlargement and elongation process; consequently, compared to units from other manufacturers, it offers a significantly longer conditioning duration. Furthermore, utilizing a Siemens motor to drive a multi-layered paddle assembly, the machine thoroughly stirs and blends the incoming powder. This process is coupled with steam atomization to humidify and heat the material, thereby ensuring complete gelatinization and softening-measures that effectively enhance both the molding rate and the degree of maturation of the granules.
Pelletizing System
Our pellet mill is powered by a Siemens motor and primarily comprises a ring die (constructed from stainless steel), pressure rollers, a roller assembly, a main shaft, a feed scraper, and a discharge plate. For the ring die, we utilize the premium-grade 42CrMo alloy-the most costly material option available-and subject it to a carburizing heat treatment to significantly enhance its wear resistance. Furthermore, the pelletizer operates with exceptional stability and delivers high torque; you can precisely adjust the clearance between the ring die and the pressure rollers to suit your specific requirements, thereby accommodating various pellet specifications for chicken feed.
Drive System
The entire machine is equipped with a heavy-duty, hard-toothed gearbox, featuring high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, and robust torque output. Additionally, it is fitted with an overload protection device and a bearing lubrication system, which effectively cushion the impact loads generated during the pelletizing process. This ensures stable and reliable power transmission, minimizes faults and wear, extends the service life of the equipment, and meets the demands for continuous, long-duration pelletizing operations.

Complete chicken Feed Production Processing
The complete chicken feed processing workflow includes raw material cleaning, crushing, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, and packaging.
Raw Material Cleaning Section
Raw materials enter the cleaning system via a bucket elevator; after impurities are removed by a cylindrical pre-cleaning screen and a permanent magnetic drum, the materials are distributed into the grinding bins using a rotary distributor.
Grinding Section
Following the cleaning process, the raw materials are precisely fed via a variable-frequency feeder into an SFSP water drop hammer mill.Here, raw materials-such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, rice bran, rapeseed meal, and cottonseed meal-are ground in accordance with specific formulation requirements, and are then conveyed to the subsequent processing stage via a wind-proof screw conveyor.
Automatic Batching & Mixing Section
The pulverized material is controlled by an intelligent batching scale; under strict oversight ensuring an error margin of less than 3%, the precisely weighed material is fed into a mixer, and subsequently conveyed by a bucket elevator to the pre-granulation silo.
Pelletizing Section
A variable-frequency feeder conveys the material into a conditioner, where it undergoes thorough contact with steam to raise its temperature to 70-80°C. The conditioned material then passes through a chute into the core pelletizing chamber, where it is extruded and formed under the high-intensity pressure generated between the ring die and the press rollers. Subsequently, a flat cutter precisely severs the material into pellets of the desired length. The formed pellets then proceed into a post-conditioner to further extend the gelatinization time.
Cooling Section
Pellets at elevated temperatures are unsuitable for packaging and transport; they must therefore be fed via a rotary airlock into a counter-flow cooler, where ambient air is utilized to cool the pellets to approximately room temperature.
Screening & Packaging Section
The cooled granules are returned by an elevator to the rotary grading screen; after passing through the screen, they enter the finished product bin.Finally, the finished granular product is automatically weighed by a packaging scale equipped with mechanical mechanisms and a microcomputer control system; following weighing, the bags are sealed using a thermal sealing machine.
