Biomass Pellet
Machine Series
Biomass pellet mills can efficiently process various renewable biomass wastes, compressing them into high-density pellet fuel. Specifically, they can be divided into the following four categories:
Feed Pellet
Machine Series
Depending on the specific livestock being raised and the characteristics of the raw materials used, they are primarily applied in the following four major fields:
Fertilizer Pellet
Machine Series
RICHI organic fertilizer granulators are ideal equipment for creating green, efficient, and sustainable organic fertilizers. The raw materials for their granulation are widely available and can be broadly categorized into the following four types:
Aquatic Feed
Extruder Series
Aquafeed extruders are the cornerstone of modern aquafeed processing, widely utilized in the production of fish feed, shrimp feed, pet food, and raw material extrusion applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
The following is a summary of frequently asked questions regarding configuration, installation, after-sales service, pricing, and complete plant setup, to help you quickly understand RICHI products.
What role does the conditioner play in the feed production process?
The main function of a conditioning machine is to heat and condition the material before pelleting, so that the material fully absorbs heat, moisture and liquid, so that the starch paste, to achieve or close to the requirements of the pelleting process.
What are the core components? How is quality ensured?
Key components feature Siemens motors and SKF bearings. All product-contact parts, including feeder, conditioner, and ring die, are 304 stainless steel. The ring die undergoes vacuum heat treatment; rollers are made of 42CrMo alloy steel. The control cabinet supports independent operation, enabling isolated shutdown for maintenance without disrupting the full line.
Are wood pellet mills and stalk pellet mills interchangeable?
They can be used interchangeably in general scenarios, yet with significant output discrepancies. Due to distinct physical properties, dedicated stalk/forage pellet mills (CZLH Series) deliver 50%-100% higher output than wood pellet mills (MZLH Series) under the same power rating. We strongly recommend selecting a dedicated model according to your primary raw material for optimal return on investment.
Can organic fertilizer pellet mills produce both pellet fertilizer and powder fertilizer?
Yes, achievable by adjusting production workflow. For powdered organic fertilizer: Fermented and crushed materials bypass the pellet mill and directly enter screening and packaging, while the pellet mill can remain standby for pellet production. For pellet organic fertilizer: Activate the pellet mill; materials go through pelleting, drying, cooling and screening before final packaging.
What are the advantages of twin-screw extruders over traditional single-screw floating extruders?
Twin-screw extruders are high-performance machines capable of producing both floating and sinking feeds. They feature two intermeshing, co-rotating screws inside the barrel, with a complex structure and high precision. Compared to traditional single-screw floating extruders, they offer superior shearing and mixing capabilities, enabling efficient processing of high-fat, high-moisture, high-fiber, and low-starch formulations.
What is the minimum requirement to start a commercial animal feed production project with RICHI?
We only focus on large-scale farming animal feed projects and commercial feed production projects. If you are looking for a small machine to produce your own animal feed at home, we are not the right choice – we would rather tell you upfront to save your time. Our configuration include small-scale equipment for crushing, mixing, granulating, etc. If you are unsure of your specific requirements, just send us your basic requirements. We will give you a direct response.
