The customer focused on the “fresh meat” concept. They worried that high heat would destroy nutrition. We installed a twin-screw extruder. Then we optimized the drying process to use low-temperature slow baking. This reduces loss of heat-sensitive nutrients and keeps the natural flavor of fresh meat.

The raw materials came from sawmills and panel mills, with some glue content. We installed a permanent magnet drum and a drum screen at the front of the line. This prevents hard impurities from damaging the crusher. We also adjusted the ring die compression ratio to prevent sticking.

Dried alfalfa is light in weight. A normal hopper didn’t feed smoothly. So we added a horizontal forced feeder with a Siemens variable frequency motor. The current fluctuation during pelleting was significantly reduced.

We suggested the customer mix a small amount of limestone powder (locally available) into the material. This effectively reduced the frequency of caking on the inner surface of the ring die during oat grass pelleting.

Palm kernel shells are very hard and abrasive. Ordinary ring dies wear out quickly. We delivered alloy steel ring dies treated with deep carburization and quenching. We also used heavy-duty SKF bearings and thickened roller shells. The customer reported a significantly longer service life.

The line included a press filter dewatering section. It reduced the initial moisture from 75% to about 35%. We adjusted the ring die compression ratio to suit the high-fiber sticky material. The whole line design meets EU environmental requirements.

How can I confirm product reliability? Can I visit the factory?
Very welcome. You can visit our factory in person. We also support online virtual tours. At the same time, we can provide customer cases similar to your needs for reference.
For quality control, all machines are strictly inspected and meet SGS and CE standards. Core components use high-standard processes and imported quality materials like Siemens motors and SKF bearings. This makes sure stable and durable equipment.
Can I buy just a single machine instead of a full line?
Of course. We sell both single machines and complete lines. We can also custom a comprehensive solution based on your raw material properties, target output, budget, and other factors.
Do you support formula testing?
Yes. You just provide the formula. We will run a full test on our equipment strictly according to the mix ratio. And we will send you the complete test video or recording.
Can one line produce multiple pellet types? How do you switch?
Yes. Usually you adjust parameters of the core equipment (like the pellet mill or extruder) such as compression ratio. The exact switching process varies by line type. We can explain it in detail during the design phase.
What does your after-sales service include?
