Equipped with a variable-frequency motor, the system enables precise control over feeding volume and speed while adapting to the specific characteristics of various raw materials, thereby ensuring a uniform and stable supply. Integrated with an intelligent control system, the feeder facilitates automated feeding adjustments, thereby minimizing the need for manual intervention.
Tempering Unit
High-Quality Stainless Steel
The casing features an embossed 304 stainless steel design, while the interior houses a heavy-duty, extended conditioning chamber equipped with forged blades. Furthermore, a 1-to-3-layer conditioner can be flexibly selected based on the specific characteristics of the raw materials, thereby effectively enhancing the degree of material conditioning and the overall pelletizing performance.
Granulation Main Unit
Intelligent and Efficient
Equipped with a high-efficiency Siemens motor, the unit features an intelligent power regulation system. The ring die and pressure rollers are constructed from stainless steel and 42CrMo alloy, designed to minimize wear and tear. Furthermore, the machine is fitted with safety protection mechanisms that automatically cut off power in the event of abnormal operating conditions, thereby ensuring the safe and secure operation of the equipment.

Receiving and Storage
Silo systems store raw grains such as corn and wheat; material receiving covers bulk, packaged, and liquid raw materials.
Cleaning and Shredding
Remove impurities such as ropes and nails; rice and broken rice can be directly added to the mixture, while wheat, corn, etc. need to be ground to a suitable fineness (≤2.5mm).
Mixing
The mixer thoroughly mixes the raw materials; three models are available to ensure uniform mixing.
Granulation and Cooling
The pelleting system uses heat, water, and pressure to form powder into pellets, improving palatability and reducing the feed-to-meat ratio; the cooler reduces the moisture content of the pellets to about 14%, making them easier to store.
Crushing and Screening
Large particles can be made first and then crushed into smaller particles (such as 1.5mm chick feed); a rotary screen separates qualified particles, powder and large particles, the powder is recycled into granules, and the large particles are crushed again.
Packaging and Transportation
The automated packaging system can package 10-50kg/bag; the conveying system covers the entire process from raw materials to finished product delivery.
