Feeding System

Modulation System
The function of the modulator is to mature, gelatinize and sterilize the raw materials. The modulator of the RICHI granulator is longer and thicker than ordinary machines on the market. The stainless steel casing effectively resists moisture erosion and material impact during high-temperature conditioning.The paddle made by forging process can flexibly adjust the angle to thoroughly mix the raw materials.
Pelletizing System
After conditioning, the material enters the pelletizing chamber, where the ring die and roller press it into uniform cylindrical pellets. Then, the cutters on both sides of the granulation chamber cut it into granules of uniform length.
The diameter of the ring die and the position of the cutter are both adjustable. With just one machine, you can make rabbit feed in different sizes.
Power System
The machine features a Siemens motor with higher power and lower energy consumption, providing strong power for the entire process of feeding, conveying, and pelletizing.
Surprisingly, the machine abandons the traditional belt transmission with low efficiency and poor stability, and uses a gear transmission system to completely avoid the problem of transmission slippage. The Whole Process of Rabbit Feed Production Line
In RICHI’s rabbit feed production line plan, the process from forage to pellet feed can be roughly divided into six steps:
Raw Material Cleaning
First, the cylinder primary cleaning screen and the permanent magnet cylinder will clean the raw materials and pick out impurities such as poisonous mold and iron filings and throw them away.
Crush to Appropriate Fineness
The raw materials are sent to the crushing bin by the rotary distributor for crushing and refinement, and are mashed into a fineness suitable for rabbit absorption and digestion.
Raw Material Distribution And Mixing
The smart batching scale will weigh the raw materials and send them to the mixing bin for mixing. Then it is sent to the silo before granulation by a bucket elevator.
Preparation And Granulation
After the raw materials enter the modulator, they are modulated under the action of steam for 10-20 seconds. When the temperature reaches 70-80°C, the modulation is almost complete.
The ring die and the pressure roller cooperate to squeeze the raw materials, and then the cutter cuts them into the required length.
Particle Cooling
The temperature of freshly made rabbit food is 80°C, so it needs to be sent to the cooling warehouse to cool down, otherwise it will easily break when exposed to direct air. Then the rotary grading screen selects the qualified ones and enters the finished product warehouse.
Automatic Packaging System
Most customers will choose automatic packaging machines, and the rabbit food will be packaged directly.
