Wood Processing Line
Wood Processing Line
Logs, branches, sawdust, shavings and wood offcuts can all be processed. The line uses a heavy-duty chipper and a high-power grinding mill.Whether the raw material is hardwood or logs, it grinds evenly.Compression ratio is customized based on raw material hardness to ensure good pellet forming.

Grass Processing Line
Grass Processing Line
Main raw materials are alfalfa, forage grass and other grass plants.Includes a rubbing machine and a forced feeding system to prevent feed blockages.During pelleting, a larger ring die compression ratio is used to fully compact the grass material.

Straw Processing Line
Straw Processing Line
For corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw and other crop straw. The line includes a chopper and a bale breaker to cut the straw easily.

Husk Processing Line
Husk Processing Line
Main raw materials are palm husk, rice husk, peanut shell and other husks.Husk materials have high hardness and strong abrasiveness.
The ring die is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with deep carburizing and quenching. Wear life increases by 3–5 times. (We tested this on site.)
Aqua Feed Production Line
In aqua feed production, water stability, nutrient retention and changeover flexibility are often hard to balance together. Most feed mills face this practical difficulty every day. RICHI aqua feed line offers a solution.
We use a twin-shaft differential conditioner to improve gelatinization and ensure water stability.Use vacuum post-coating to lock in nutrients precisely. Then use stainless steel anti-residue design and pneumatic bagging to reduce cleaning time during changeover. These three steps solve the problems one by one. “Balance” becomes possible.

Floating Fish Feed Line
Floating Fish Feed Line
Targeting mid-upper layer fish like bass. We use twin-screw extrusion to fully gelatinize starch. This means, the porous pellets float well, resist water, and make feeding easy to observe.

Sinking Fish Feed Line
Sinking Fish Feed Line
Ideal for bottom-dwelling fish such as carp and crucian carp. You can simply adjust the extruder speed and pressure. So, it produces high-density sinking pellets without changing the main machine.

Shrimp Feed Line
Pet Feed Production Line
Tailored for shrimp and crayfish. The process features ultra-fine grinding and double-shaft conditioning. Plus, our dedicated granulator ensures the pellets sink steadily to the bottom.

Crab Feed Line
Multi-functional Feed Production Line
Built for bottom-dwelling crabs. It incorporates ultra-fine grinding and extended post-conditioning. The pellets remain compact, highly stable in water, and resist crumbling.
Organic Fertilizer Pellet Production Line
The raw materials for organic fertilizer pellets are very diverse. Mostly common waste from daily life. This allows secondary use to generate income and also protects the environment.RICHI organic fertilizer line has a simple structure and low investment cost. Pelletization rate exceeds 90%.
The organic fertilizer pellets can be used for grain fields, flower nurseries, orchards and other fertilization needs.Whether a farm wants to treat manure or a fertilizer plant wants to expand its product range, RICHI organic fertilizer line is a practical and efficient choice.

Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
At RICHI, we know chicken manure is sticky. That’s why our line features solid-liquid separators and anti-clog designs to stop blockages. You get potent fertilizer that works great for orchards.

Cow Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
Cow Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
This setup uses pre-cutters to crush long fibers and trough turners for better airflow. The result is porous pellets that fix compacted soil, making them a top choice for land restoration.

Pig Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
Pig Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
We use high-heat aerobic fermentation to make sure the pellets are 100% safe. Paired with our precise batching system, it creates mild, nutrient-rich fertilizer ideal for field crops.

Horse Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
Horse Manure Organic Fertilizer Line
RICHI optimizes the carbon-nitrogen ratio and uses auto turners to speed up fermentation. This creates rich fertilizer fast, which is perfect for cold-season and frost-resistant crops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before you start your feed pellet line project, you may want to understand these key questions.
How do I choose the right feed pellet line for my needs?
It mainly depends on your raw materials and who you sell to. For example, if you have grains and soybean meal, an animal feed line works best. If you have wood chips or straw, go with a biomass pellet line. Contact us with your specific situation, and honestly, our engineers will give you real advice.
Which of these four lines gives the fastest ROI?
ROI varies by market and raw material costs. But in general, biomass pellet lines pay back faster (6–18 months). Animal feed lines are more stable but take longer (12—30 months). We can run a free ROI calculation for you.
How do your machines compare with European or American brands on quality and price?
Our core components come from top global brands—Siemens motors, SKF bearings, and ring dies made to international standards. So performance matches Western brands, but our prices are more competitive.
Are machines from different production lines interchangeable? Can I reuse them if I switch product types later?
Yes, some equipment works across lines—like crushers and mixers. But core machines (pellet mills, dryers) have different designs. However, we can build your line with switch-ready interfaces from the start. You can also check our sub-list pages to compare core equipment differences.
I want to start with just one pellet mill for a trial run. Can I expand to a full production line later?
Yes, you can. We support phased investment. So you buy the core equipment first—the pellet mill. Then later, as you need more output, you add a screener, a cooler, a packaging machine, and so on. For more details, check our sub-list pages. Each line shows its equipment list and phased investment plan.
I haven’t decided which line to get. Can you help me analyze?
Yes. Just fill out the form above. Tell us your raw materials and expected capacity. One of our engineers will reply within 24 hours with a line recommendation and a free ROI estimate.
