Equipment Structure
The main components of the sawdust pellet mill are feeder, pelletizer, motor, transmission device and overload protection device. We have precision engineered every component and used the best materials to ensure this machine is easy to use and durable.

Feeding System
The feeding port is at the top of the machine. We designed an anti-arching hopper, mainly to break up the wood chips and prevent them from clumping. In addition, the feeding system is equipped with a variable frequency speed control motor and a propeller blade design, which can force the “difficult-to-feed” wood chip raw materials into the pelletizing chamber.
Pelletizing System
The ring die and roller are the core components of pelletizing. Usually, the forming diameter on the ring die is the diameter of the finished pellets. Because they are in direct contact with the raw materials, our machine uses more wear-resistant stainless steel material.
The ring die and roller perform strong extrusion, and the cylindrical pellets are evenly discharged. At this time, the knives on both sides of the ring die cut them into the appropriate length. The wood chip pellets are made.
Power System
From forced feeding to compression pelletizing, these links have very high requirements for electric drive. We are equipped with Siemens generators, with power coverage of 22-315KW. Even if you use the machine for 24 hours of continuous processing, you don’t have to worry about production fluctuations caused by motor fatigue.
Transmission System
The main transmission of the Sawdust Pellet Mill uses gear transmission, which runs smoothly and is not easy to slip. A Complete Wood Pellet Production Line

Thoroughly Crush The Wood

Reduce The Moisture Content of The Wood Chips
The moisture content of the crushed wood chips is usually over 30%, and it needs to be dried with a drum dryer. When the moisture content of the wood chips is around 15%, they can be pelletized.
Turn Wood Chips Into Pellets
The ring die, roller, and knife in the pelletizer work together to make the wood chips into pellets of uniform size.
Cooling and Screening
Use a counter-flow pellet cooler to cool and solidify the freshly made pellets. Then, use a rotary classifier to screen out qualified pellets and store them in the finished product silo.
Weighing, Packaging, And Sealing
